MIDDLE TENNESSEE SWIM CLUB SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

Middle Tennessee Swim Club (MTSC) has been a part of the Sumner and Wilson

County communities since 1997 and in Knox County since 2015. Sanctioned by its

governing body, USA Swimming, and its local swim committee, Southeastern

Swimming, Inc., MTSC has produced a number of champions and has put our club on

the map in the world of competitive swimming. We offer children an opportunity to

participate in a sport where excellence is determined by the drive of the individual.

MTSC is a not-for-profit, mutual benefit club, and as such, we are seeking sponsors like

you to help our athletes achieve their goals.

Currently, MTSC asks every family to meet a $325 fundraising commitment.

There are several fundraising opportunities offered throughout the year to assist MTSC

families in meeting or exceeding their goal. One of these ways is by seeking out

businesses who serve our communities that would be willing to become a sponsor of

MTSC.

For a $200 contribution, business sponsors are recognized on our website by

featuring the business logo with attached link to the business’ website for 12 months. All

sponsors are recognized on our Meet Programs which are available to all spectators at

MTSC hosted swim meets. Additionally, we will send MTSC families a list of sponsors

annually as well as give sponsors shout outs on MTSC social media. For a $300

contribution, the sponsor will receive the above recognition as well as the business may

provide a 3’X5’ banner that will be displayed on the pool deck wall at the Jimmy Floyd

Family Center in Lebanon for a full year!

Considering the potential exposure, we are sure you will realize what an

advertising bargain an MTSC sponsorship will be while benefiting our youth! If you

cannot commit to a full sponsorship, please consider a one-time contribution in any

amount to support our athletes and help them achieve their goals. If your business

would like to become a sponsor, please provide us with your information using the form

below along with your choice of payment by Venmo or by mailed check. Please return
